Because our content can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital content under any circumstances. If there is a problem with a video clip or photo set – for example, if a clip won’t play or is somehow corrupted, please E mail us and we will send you a working clip or photo set.
DVDs
We do not offer refunds on DVDs. If you receive a defective DVD, please E mail us immediately and we will replace it with a working copy of the same DVD.
